Always a perceived ‘risk’ spending a considerable amount of of money on a gadget remotely via the internet/website without being able to touch and hold the product.
However after just a week of use it’s proved to be an excellent purchase and does exactly what it claims to do.
I’ve been a RGP contact lense wearer for 40 years and I’ve always been meticulous with cleaning and storing my lenses. They inevitably become ‘dirty’ and more difficult to clean which means they can become cloudy and uncomfortable to wear over the full day of use.
The machine has been fantastic and my 12 month old lenses are now as clean and comfortable as the day I bought them, and it’s each and every day.
Very easy to use and the machine looks well built, I guess only time will tell if this remains the same, but I’ve no reason to suspect it won’t.
Only small gripe, the small space to store a lense tweezer and sucker isn’t big enough, so maybe alter the design to make it larger.
Also, it might be nice to have a referral code as I’ve recommended the device twice and it’d be nice to be rewarded to push sales in your direction.
I’ve been struggling with protein build up with my contacts for years. From cloudy contacts, to grittiness, it’s all because of the protein. This cleaner makes my lens feel fresh every single day. I no longer feel the need to use endless amounts of eye drops or take my lens out to wash it because of the grittiness. It’s been a life saver for my eyes. Thanks for producing such a great product.
Great size for your lense cleaner
The RGP cleaner is better than the one for soft lenses. The instructions are confusing. Normally, one removes RGP lenses daily to sleep, putting them in a sterilizing technique so they will be ready in the morning. These instructions tell you to immediately remove them from the sterilizing area and put them in for rinse just prior to wearing. But where does the sleep fit in to this formula, since the sterilization takes at most 30 minutes?
