ReO2 Scleral Lens Cleaner

Far exceeded my expectations! My lenses are 3 years old and vision had become less clear, wearing was uncomfortable and irritating, wear time reduced to only a few hours and my dry eye symptoms were exacerbated.
With just the first 30-minute cleaning cycle they felt brand new - that fabulous super sharp, clear vision was restored, comfort such that I couldn’t even feel them in my eyes, and I wore them for 12 hours with no discomfort - just blew me away.
Sure the machine is expensive but Scleral lenses are moreso. But I think most importantly, without adequate cleaning, protein deposits begin building up from the first day forward, so each passing day marks a further decline in vision clarity, comfort and corneal health due to reduced oxygen permeability. So much smarter to clean daily vs. replacing lenses every 2-3 years.
Highly recommend.

I used this for about ten patients in the past two weeks. 70% said they felt an improvement in comfort. 100% had a much cleaner lens.
Cons - it uses about 8 vials of saline. Will order 15mL vials so there will be less plastic waste.
Pros - does an excellent job of cleaning and makes the lens almost as clear as day 1.
